Dance Movement Psychotherapy
Dance Movement Psychotherapy (DMP) is a creative, body-based approach to emotional and psychological healing. Grounded in the belief that movement reflects inner emotional states, DMP invites individuals to explore thoughts and feelings through the body in a safe, supportive environment. No dance experience is necessary—only a willingness to move and be moved.
Sessions are available in-person and online for adults, and in-person only for children. Individual or group sessions can be arranged based on need and suitability.

Mother & Child Dance Therapy Group
This group offers a unique opportunity for mothers and their children to connect, communicate, and grow through shared movement and creative expression. Rooted in Dance Movement Psychotherapy, sessions focus on strengthening the parent-child bond, supporting emotional development, and enhancing mutual understanding through playful, guided interaction.
No dance experience is needed—just openness to moving together.
This group is offered in person only, and is suitable for mothers with children aged 3-9 years old.
Through movement, rhythm, and imagination, mothers and children are invited to:
- Deepen their emotional connection
- Strengthen non-verbal communication
- Support emotional regulation and expression
- Encourage trust and cooperation
- Foster joy, presence, and creativity in their relationship
Workshops & Retreats
Throughout the year, I offer a variety of workshops and retreats designed to support emotional well-being, self-expression, and connection—with yourself and others. These include wellness retreats, psychosocial events under the name “The Night Falls.”, and one-off experiential workshops that blend creativity, movement, and reflection.
